libpopplerkit-dev software package provides GNUstep framework for rendering PDF content (development files), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libpopplerkit-dev
libpopplerkit-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libpopplerkit-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libpopplerkit-dev *
You will get with libpopplerkit-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
